Return and Refund Policy

We hope you love your order as much as we do, however if you require a refund or an exchange, please follow our returns policy below.

• All returns must be returned back to us within 14 days from the date you completed the purchase.
• Items must not be worn or damaged.
• Unfortunately, our returns are not free at the moment, so the return shipping fee will need to be paid by you.
• You will receive a conformation email from us within 72 hours of receiving your return back, letting you know that your return has been received and processed.

We understand that our returns process is not free, however we strongly encourage you to insure your package with a tracking code. Please be aware that we cannot take any responsibility for any lost or damaged packages which are not shipped with a signed for label.

All we ask is for you to return the original packaging to us, ensuring that the returns form has been completed.

You can find our returns address on the returns form which would have been included in your original packaging. If you have misplaced this, get in touch at info@julesstudios.com where we will happily issue you a new one.
